Question:How to solve the issue of bell mouthing when die-cutting 350g gold card?
Reasons: Uneven board, excessively tight laser cutting of theboard, or misalignment during creasing can all cause this issue.
Solutions:
① The die-cutting plate is not up to standard; remake the die-cutting plate.
② Check the main crease line and use a small wrench to adjust both ends slightly in the correct direction, then reinstall the creasing rule. Identify which creasing rule is misaligned using the reference line of the cover opening as a benchmark. After adjustment, ensure the creasing rule is installed correctly for future operations.

Question:Why does this kind of scraping sometimes occur?

Solutions:
① Loosen the wool wheel.
② Replace the fleece belt.

Solutions:When the creasing line is close to the tooth die during die-cutting, this single-sided triangular creasing strip should be used.

Solutions:The combination of 2.84 flat creasing rules and 6pt reverse creasing rules produces satisfactory results. To achieve a wider effect, adjust the spacing to 7.0 (currently set at 6.0), which will further enhance the performance. The intended goal is to prevent any indentation marks on the face paper while maintaining a pronounced reverse-fold curvature that avoids cracking the liner paper.
